My Story

Welcome! I am Meghan, a registered dietitian who is super passionate about both food and people. I love everything to do with food - growing, shopping, cooking, and best of all EATING! My philosophy about food is simple - eat to nourish your body and mind. I focus my practice on eating whole foods and using intuitive eating habits to provide the best nutrition for each individual. I work closely with each client to develop a personalized plan that best suits their goals. I strongly believe in the total body approach to wellness which I use to counsel clients on weight management, food allergies, autoimmune diseases, sports nutrition, general wellness, and more.

When I am not working you can find me hanging out with my husband and our four amazing girls. We enjoy the outdoors in every way possible hiking, running, biking, skiing, camping, hammocking, and anything else you can think of doing outside!
